  • NO SMOKING ALLOWED AT ALL INSIDE HOME ** will Loose Deposit if sent of smoking left
  • 6,200 & up / per week depending week ** NO Multiple groups in & out. This is for a personal private get away vacation for a small family.

** POOL ACCESS ONLY Granted from within inside house / garage rear exit ! Alarm on BACK Rear Garage Door and motion sensors on back yard pool area. Alarm key pad at rear garage exit to turn on/off alarm at door.   In addition, after exiting the rear garage back door ONLY access PATH I will have a TALL automatic closing Gate w/ code lock & Tall Pull Lever to Grant Full Access to pool area. These are many measures ONLY to protect area if one forgets to arm alarm key pad ! I have little kids and this is my TOP priority to protect them as well as your children. The outside REAR plastic white fence gates will ONLY ALLOW EXIT !!!  NO Entrance at all to INSIDE POOL AREA from outside gates ( They will be locked with Key ) to protect the safety of children. ** Possible that I will purchase a PROTECTED Automatic Closing Cover to keep shut when NOT IN USE ! still deciding ..
